Return & Exchange Policy
We accept eligible returns and exchanges requested within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition.
1. RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact customer service before returning an item and include your order number and reason for the request. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. RETURN PERIOD
Your request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. Approved items must be shipped back within the period stated in the return instructions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used, worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, some categories may be ineligible once their protective seal has been removed.
4. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact customer service promptly and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard the packaging until the request has been reviewed.
