Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

1. Processing time: 2–4 business days
2. Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, address issues, carrier delays, and customs processing may extend delivery times.

Once an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact customer service immediately if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after processing has started.

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Where applicable, these charges are determined by the destination authority and are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
