Refund and Returns Policy

Eligible unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return procedure

Email support@hello-fashion.shop with your order number and request before sending an item. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Return shipping

Unless an item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related charges.

Refund timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
